Brief info

Lydia was born and raised in South Berwick and graduated from Marshwood schools.

She has been employed at the William Fogg Public Library since May 2001. She began her career with the library working a few hours a week in the Kent Children’s Room and worked her way up to Library Director in August 2013. Prior to working at the library, she worked part-time and raised three sons, Shaun, Andrew, and Jacob.

B.A. Social Science 2008 from U Maine Augusta (Magna Cum Laude); Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Investigations, Boston University 2010 (Magna Cum Laude); Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.), Norwich University 2013 (Magna Cum Laude); Advanced Level Librarian Certification; Maine State Library, held since 2015, Certified Peer Mentor for Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) since March 2016. Certified TAPS Care Group Facilitator 2019.
