Story Time Schedule 2016
June 21st-August 16th
Lapsit Squirm & Wiggle – For infants birth to 18 months
Tuesdays: 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. with Hilary
Through board books, rhymes, songs and creative movement, this story time will enhance and nurture your child’s curious mind and developing mobility.
Toddler & Preschool For Ages 18 months to 6 years old
Tuesdays: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. with Hilary
This program encourages children and their grownups to actively participate in stories, songs and finger plays. Movement activities enriched with props will facilitate imagination and growth. A simple craft will also be provided.
Mondays 1:00-7:00 pm
Begins June 6th
All ages are welcome to have fun with our new collection of LEGOs. There is no pre-registration required for this program. Please do not bring your own LEGOs. We have plenty for all. We’ll start off with a fun challenge question then have free play. The LEGO creations made each week will be on display in the Kent Room Saturday. Check out our Facebook page to see the photos! Family Movie Night
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm
Begins June 22nd
*Family movie night will be canceled on 8/10
Popcorn and water will be provided. Movie titles are available on our Summer Reading Calendar.
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics)
Thursdays 10:30-11:30 am
Begins June 23rd
At each session we will be reading great books and doing related science experiments and an art project. Topics will include weather, colors, the human body, gravity and many more! For ages 4-7 years old.
